We’re currently seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team at Farrow Road, Campbelltown . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or grow their career in automotive and recreational vehicle parts, with full support and training provided.

What You'll Do

As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will be trained to support our service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts for their vehicles. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about cars, caravans, or the automotive industry, and ready to build a career in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Parts Identification: Utilise vast range of suppliers to identify and order customer requirements
• Order Processing: Accurately process parts orders, including special orders and backorders. Ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing reorders, and keeping the parts area organised.
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate the movement of parts between departments and dealership locations as required.

What You'll Bring:

• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn about vehicle parts and accessories. No prior experience necessary – we’re looking for someone eager to be trained and grow within the role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems and use technology confidently.
• Any previous automotive or technical training is advantageous
