About your new role 
You will step into a hands-on, autonomous role running our boutique Castle Towers store. You will lead a lean casual team, drive service standards and manage daily floor operations. What makes this different is the high-touch, sensory environment where customer connection always beats task completion.




What’s on offer

• $65,000 to $70,000 base plus superannuation
• Monthly bonus structure based on clear KPI targets

• Annual 3-day paid retail conference in Melbourne
• Fixed Tuesday to Saturday roster

Key responsibilities

• Lead floor service using the Stop, Drop and Smile policy
• Recruit, onboard and train casual team members
• Manage inventory, cycle counts and daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain immaculate product displays and front-faced jars
• Execute daily cleaning and sanitising schedules
• Build weekly staff rosters within wage budgets

Skills and experience we are looking for

• Proven experience leading and coaching retail teams
• Specialty or premium experiential retail background
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a lean store
• Strong standard of professional personal presentation
• Genuine passion or curiosity for cooking and food
