Project Manager

We are partnering with a growing consultancy to appoint a Project Manager (Assistant through to Senior level) to support the delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio. This is a client side role with a strong commercial and cost focus, making it ideal for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor looking to step into (or build on) a career in project management. Projects are typically high end luxury residential projects (client side), however there will be the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects.



 
You will be involved in the end to end delivery of projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, with opportunities to be embedded within client teams. The role will see you leveraging your QS expertise across cost, contracts and project delivery, while developing broader leadership and stakeholder management capability.



 
The Role

• End to end project delivery (scope, programme, budget, quality)
• Strong focus on cost management, variations and reporting
• Manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Procurement, tendering and contract administration
• Opportunity to work client side, including embedded/secondment roles

 
About You

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (essential)
• Background in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Experience in construction or project management environments
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience

• Senior / Lead QS looking to transition into Project Management
• Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
