What You Will Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact to triage, track, and coordinate end-to-end CRM support requests and operational enquiries.
• Assist internal stakeholders in maximising Salesforce functionality while identifying emerging business software needs.
• Support continuous process improvement by refining system workflows, service delivery, and operational documentation.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management activities, service reporting, and governance reviews.
• Develop clear user guides, quick reference resources, and procedure documentation to promote consistent data practices.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality user support and building collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
• Technical aptitude with Microsoft 365 and exposure to enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to track multiple requests through to resolution with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
