Mt Gravatt Community Centre Inc. is currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join our dedicated team. We're looking for someone to continue and build upon the strong foundations already in place. In this role, you’ll support our people and culture function, contributing to the development of our HR systems, staff wellbeing initiatives, and a strong, positive workplace culture.

🧩 About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a human resources qualification and strong administration skills who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance
• Assisting with training coordination, HR reporting, and policy updates
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture

✨ About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of confidentiality and professionalism
• A genuine interest in people, equity, and wellbeing
• Some experience in administration or HR support (voluntary or paid)
