Responsibilities:

Helping oversee kitchen operations in the Reels and 18 Knots kitchen

Expertly preparing flavourful meals for our guests with efficiency, skill, and impeccable hygiene standards

Cooking up success side by side with the Stewarding team and kitchen crew—our culinary dream team in action

Keeping every dish we serve flawless in flavour and Instagram-worthy in presentation.

Bringing positive energy and bright smiles to every shift

About You:

2+ years’ experience in a similar role, hotel background required

Have at least 1 year of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

Clock-savvy and clutter-free—with weekend and evening shifts no problem!

You thrive under pressure, handling every challenge with confidence and composure
