Bridge Designer Looking to play a key role in delivering major bridge and transport infrastructure projects across Western Australia? We're seeking a Senior Structural Modeller to join our high-performing Structural team, contributing to the design and delivery of complex infrastructure while collaborating with engineers and project teams across the state. The Opportunity: Reporting to the WA Structural Discipline Manager, you'll be part of our Western Australian Structural Group, supporting the delivery of transport infrastructure projects, primarily bridges You will undertake advanced modelling and drafting work, contributing to both concept and detailed design, while working closely with engineers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. This is a senior, non-supervisory role where you'll apply your expertise to improve design quality, efficiency and coordination across projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop structural models and drawings for bridge and transport infrastructure projects
- Contribute to concept and detailed design delivery
- Apply advanced techniques in computer-aided design and modelling
- Coordinate with engineers and multi-disciplinary teams
- Assist in delivering complex, multi-discipline projects
- Liaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
- Ensure outputs meet time, cost and quality expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement in drafting standards and practices
- 7+ years' experience in structural drafting/modelling, ideally on MRWA bridge and infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in tools such as MicroStation, OpenBuildings, Revit or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and industry drafting practices
- Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary design projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver quality outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage priorities, timelines and deliverables
- Understanding of project delivery and commercial environments
