Site Supervisor

About the Opportunity
Our client has secured a workshop restoration project in Onslow and requires an experienced site-based professional to oversee the works. This is initially a short-term engagement, with the potential for additional project work in the future.
The successful candidate will be taken on directly by the client, which they are happy to do under an ABN or PAYG engagement model.

Scope of Works
The project involves the restoration of an existing workshop facility, including:

• Removal of existing cladding
• Internal strip-out and demolition works
• Coordination of replacement works and refurbishment activities
• Oversight and management of subcontractors delivering the various work packages
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements

While the hands-on work will be performed by subcontractors, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities and maintaining project progress.

Requirements
Mandatory:

• Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Qualification
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Strong safety focus and contractor management experience

Highly Regarded:

• Construction or refurbishment project experience
• Previous mine site exposure
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Flights and accommodation are included. The client has been operating for approximately 12 months and is seeking someone who can hit the ground running.
