About the Role:
As Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards across both the bar and restaurant. You'll lead shifts, coach and motivate team members, maintain operational standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys working on the floor while developing their leadership skills.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy bar, restaurant, pub or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support a high-performing team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Sound understanding of hospitality operations, compliance and service standards.
• A positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
