About the Role
This is not a role where you simply manage a roster and open and close the doors. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume convenience store, build a strong team and drive performance across sales, customer service and operations.
Working a Monday to Friday roster, you will have the freedom to lead your store like your own business while being rewarded for the results you achieve.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy convenience store
• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive sales, control wages and maximise store profitability
• Manage inventory, stock control, ordering and merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance across food safety, safety and operational procedures
• Recruit, train and develop team members to build a high-performing culture
• Analyse reports and implement action plans to improve store results
• Create a positive, accountable and customer-focused team environment

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, wages and sales performance
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Confidence managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
• Experience within convenience, fuel, supermarket, quick service or high-volume retail will be highly regarded
