Design (Brand Expression) Management Internship

Your role

As a P&G Brand Expression Design Intern, you will work on crafting the visual strategy, design, and execution on the brands. You will work on a range of creative assets, focused on 2D package design, and other touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with your multi-disciplinary partners to create fabulous, inspired designs for products that people love to use. 

The intern will be responsible for the following:

  • Under the direction of the Design Director, build concepts and develop the visual strategy across consumer touchpoints including brand, packaging, visual communications and digital commerce.
  • Lead development of Brand Guidelines and its adopted consistently and creatively. 
  • Participate in design brainstorms, weekly studio meetings, design reviews and print production meetings. 
  • Communicate conceptual and directional choices. 
  • Be accountable for excellent execution. 

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship between January to June 2025, minimum 4 months. 
  • Currently pursuing a Degree, majoring in graphic design or related fields.
  • A strong design portfolio that best demonstrates your design skills.
  • Possesses creative flair, coupled with versatility and adaptability.
  • To be able to participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. 
  • A self-starter and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude. 
  • Respect tight timelines and schedules.
  • Proficient in creative software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere, Figma.
