Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a well-established local agency with genuine support, structure and career progression?

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative Property Management team where responsibilities are shared across a task-based portfolio. Rather than being left to manage everything yourself, you'll work alongside a Team Leader, Property Officer, Leasing Consultant and Building Manager.

With minimal owner contact, strong internal support and clearly defined responsibilities, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys Property Management but wants to work within a structured, team-focused environment.

The Role; Working across a shared residential portfolio, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio
• Tenant communication and relationship management
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Lease renewals and tenancy administration
• Rent reviews and general portfolio administration
• Liaising with trades and contractors
• Supporting the wider Property Management team

About You:

• Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
• Class 2 Real Estate Licence o
• A stable employment history
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional and proactive approach
• Current driver's licence
• Well-maintained, reliable vehicle
• Recent professional referees
