Desktop Project Officer | Canberra | Australian Citizen required | 4 Month Contract

Your new role

As a Desktop Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting desktop and end-user technology projects, providing hands-on technical support while assisting with device deployments, migrations and technology refresh activities. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders and end users to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory
• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support
• Strong Windows desktop support experience
• Experience supporting Apple Mac environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Experience with desktop refreshes, device rollouts or migration projects highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
