Your new role




Reporting to the Coordinator of Management Accounting, you will act as a trusted finance business partner supporting multiple departments. This is a hands-on role where you will deliver meaningful financial insights and help drive informed decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and analysing management reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Delivering clear financial insights and variance analysis to stakeholders
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process and in-year forecasting cycles
  • Partnering with business units to provide financial advice and resolve queries
  • Managing grant reporting, acquittals, and associated financial processes
  • Assisting with audit requirements and end-of-year financial processes
  • Developing and improving financial systems, reports, and processes
  • Providing training and support to stakeholders on financial systems and reporting
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations

What you'll need to succeed



  • Degree or diploma in Accounting (CA/CPA qualification or working towards highly regarded)
  • Proven experience in a management accounting or business partnering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
