Due to continued growth at our underground gold project in Western Australia, we are seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our small team. Small crews mean your skills, your judgement, and your standard of work directly shape how the operation runs.

If you’re an experienced underground loader operator who takes ownership and sets the bar for the people around you, this is the environment where that counts.

About the Role:

• Maximise the productivity of bogging operations and equipment
• Support the Shift Supervisor in coordinating the activities around the bogging, backfilling, and loading operations
• Carry out routine maintenance and housekeeping
• Complete pre-start checks and uphold our Zero Harm culture
• Work effectively within a small, high-performing team

About You:

• Experience operating Caterpillar R, R and R Loaders
• Experience operating RCT Tele-Remotes (desirable)
• Previous experience with high-speed development bogging
• Experience bogging, backfilling, and loading, and ensuring all tasks are carried out to the appropriate mining plan, operating standing and specifications
• Sound experience coordinating trucking fleets
• Proven experience working to optimise productivity and quality work
• Skilled in liaising with Maintenance to report mechanical issues to achieve required plant availability
• Proficient in training others in all aspects of the Loader Operator role
• Committed to creating and upholding a zero-harm environment – every shift, every task
