Your new role
As an experienced Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end change management for a major Secure Internet Gateway replacement programme. This initiative involves transitioning to a cutting-edge Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution, impacting both technical teams and enterprise-wide stakeholders.
You will be responsible for delivering both:

• Technical delivery change supporting IT, security and engineering teams through an agile, fast-moving implementation phase.
• Enterprise-wide organisational change preparing business users and leaders for successful adoption and transition to BAU

Working closely with architecture, security, network operations and external delivery partners, you will translate complex technical concepts into meaningful business impacts and drive engagement across all stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end change strategy, planning and execution
• Developing targeted change and communication initiatives for executives, technical teams and end users
• Facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment and readiness
• Producing engaging, tailored change materials for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensuring sustainable adoption and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering change on complex technical or infrastructure programmes (essential)
• Strong background supporting IT, network, cloud or security transformations
• Demonstrated ability to manage both technical delivery change and enterprise-wide organisational change
• Experience working in fast-paced, execution-heavy project environments with evolving priorities
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear business messaging
• Strong facilitation and communication capabilities

Highly regarded:

• Experience with SASE environments, network or security platforms (e.g. Fortinet)
• Prosci (ADKAR) or similar change certification

Mandatory requirement:

• Active NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain quickly)
