Horticulture Section Manager Location: Penfield Gardens SA 5121 Tenure: Full-time, Permanent Comprehensive salary package from $68,865 pa (plus superannuation) Required Skills and Qualifications: At least relevant AQF Cert IV or equivalent AND One (1) year (20+hpw) relevant post qualifications experience. Hard working ethics and good attitudes. Demonstrate strong genuine and long-term employment commitment. Prepare to relocate, live and work in regional area and regional adjustment. Required Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant work experience. Position Summary: On behalf of our client, Dojo Legal Australia is looking for skilled and experienced Horticulture Section Managers who are responsible for leading and managing a horticulture section, overseeing crop production, staff supervision, and operational planning to ensure high-quality yield and efficiency. This is a full-time position which may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly). Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure that all specification for seeding and planting are satisfied.
• Assess quality of work and take corrective actions where applicable.
• Ensure that seed stock/levels/usage are managed as per company procedures.
• Liaise with Farm Operation Manager/Agronomist where required.
• Ensure that all seeding equipment is maintain as per procedures.
• Monitor germination to ensure seeds are of acceptable quality.
• Ensure all records are maintained.
• Ensure all crops are labelled correctly.
