Performance Marketer

$80,000 per month
Full-time

Blue Sense Digital

Performance Marketer (Growth Strategy) - Global (Remote) - Full-time

Your Future Role

Blue Sense Digital is seeking a driven, analytical, and commercially minded Performance Marketer (Growth Strategy) - a hybrid operator who can both execute and think at a financial and strategic level.

This is a full-time, remote role!

As a Performance Marketer or Growth Strategist, you will manage high-performing eCommerce accounts end-to-end. You will be deeply embedded in paid performance - building and optimising campaigns, analysing results, and identifying growth levers - but your real edge will come from your ability to connect marketing activity to commercial impact.

You will work across Meta, Google, and other digital ecosystems to drive measurable growth. You will interpret performance through a financial lens (LTV:CAC, contribution margin, aMER) and use forecasting, testing, and creative insight to unlock scalability.

This client-facing role is for you if you are someone who thrives in ownership, embraces complexity, and wants to evolve from an exceptional performance marketer into a strategic growth operator.

Your Future Employer

Blue Sense Digital exists to produce better financial outcomes for $10M - $500M+ DTC brands.

We offer an integrated performance marketing and growth advisory service, combining data, finance, and creative strategy into a single growth system

Primarily, we gear our attention around scaling new customer acquisition profitably through paid media.

To produce better financial outcomes, we believe that it's important to pursue technical excellence, diversity of thought, and remarkable collaboration.

And, to understand:

→ The economics of a successful eCommerce business,

→ The interplay between marketing, finance, and operations, and

→ Advanced media buying, data science, and financial modelling

We've:

→ Generated more than $500M in online sales,

→ Managed $100 million dollars in ad spend, and

→ Earned the trust of over 200+ brands from around the world

Our core values (ownership, heart, curiosity) mean the world to us.

We value technical excellence, commercial acumen, and remarkable collaboration - and we are looking for someone who wants to bring all three to every client and every conversation.

We're remote, but never disconnected.

Primary Responsibilities

→ Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Meta and Google campaigns aligned to each client's commercial model and targets.

→ Drive creative performance - analyse and diagnose creative, brief high-performing assets, and keep the pipeline flowing against fatigue and scaling goals.

→ Forecast using contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC to guide client investment decisions.

→ Own commercial outcomes across your portfolio - connect performance and financial data into clear insights, and adjust when off-track.

→ Flag blockers, risks, and churn signals early with context and urgency - see the problem before the client does.

→ Deliver insights-driven reporting (written and video) tied to P&L, with clear recaps and next steps.

→ Maintain a financially literate understanding of each client's model, constraints, and positioning.

→ Measure incrementality and identify compounding-growth opportunities via trends, attribution, and conversion data.

→ Collaborate with Ad Ops and Creative to test and iterate; share learnings, tools, and failures openly.

→ Come prepared to your weekly 1:1s and round-tables - challenge assumptions and sharpen how you solve constraints.
