Job Description

The role:

• Develop and maintain Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Apply UX/UI design principles to ensure intuitive, user-friendly application experiences.
• Implement business logic, integrations, and reusable components using best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and support defect resolution, enhancements, and deployments.
• Optimise existing applications to improve performance and usability.
• Provide technical support and resolve any issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Ensure all development aligns with organisational policies and standards.
• Document all processes and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Power Platform Developer should have:

• Proficiency in developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience in UX/UI design principles
• Proven experience in designing and implementing technical solutions based on business needs.
• A background in the public sector or familiarity with its processes is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
