YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Innovation as a key person in this winning Legal Innovation Team, you will relish your liberal ‘licence’ to innovate/automate/improve the business across multiple-dimensions.

Specifically, you will enjoy the stimulation+ challenge of:

• creating+ strategizing+ implementing+ project managing cutting-edge business improvement/automation/digital solutions for the firm+ its clients ;
• contributing to the development of best practice standards to improve+automate processes/reduce risk;
• coaching internal lawyers/other staff on innovation+improvement techniques and delivering training/development programs to guide+ educate them;
• creating+ implementing change management strategiesto reduce change-resistance+ embed long-lasting change;
• liaising with/building+managing various stakeholder relationships internally with law partners, lawyers, innovationists, legal tech/marketing/knowledge management teams + externally with clients+ external tech service providers/consultants/academics.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Have minimum 3 years’ experience (or more) in a legal innovation/transformation/automation/digitalization/business improvement role in the LEGAL or PROFESSIONAL SERVICES sector;
• Have proven project management+change management experience;
• Have a degree in IT/computer science/engineering/Law/Information systems/Business or similar+ certification in LEAN Six Sigma/AGILE PM (preferable but not essential);
• have outstanding communication/presentation/coaching skills, + stakeholder engagement/management skills;
• are results+ deadline focused with high standards of excellence ;
• are hungry to carve out a successful career as a specialist legal innovator+ with a first-class global firm which heavily invests in their staff.
