ARCH Services is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced engineers to support current and upcoming work in Victoria.

ARCH Services is an established specialist consultancy across the Rail & Metro sector, with growing involvement in Roads, Power & Renewables, and Water. We provide Systems Engineering and Assurance services that include Requirements Engineering & Management, Verification & Validation, Safety Engineering, RAM Engineering, Human Factors, and Systems Assurance. Through these services, we support clients in delivering complex and novel engineering projects through practical, technically sound outcomes.

We are looking for professionals at all levels including;

Next generation leadership

At Principal and Associate Director level, we are seeking the next generation of leadership: people who are able to set the strategic direction of the group and drive great outcomes for the business, as well as senior professionals with well-established experience in Systems Engineering and Assurance within infrastructure projects. Principals and Associate Directors are expected to lead technical delivery, support client relationships, contribute to work-winning activities, and provide guidance to junior staff.

Mid-career professionals

Practitioners with demonstrated Systems Engineering and Assurance experience who can contribute to infrastructure project delivery and client engagement. These roles involve increasing responsibility across technical delivery, stakeholder interface, and support to business development activities.

Early career professionals

Engineers with a solid technical foundation looking to further develop their Systems Engineering and Assurance skills across a range of projects. You will gain further exposure to Systems Engineering and Assurance activities, supported by experienced team members.
