Facilities Manager

You will be part of a leading integrated services provider delivering facilities management solutions. You will support a major client account, working on-site at a large warehouse facility while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and high service standards.

Your new role

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management, governance and delivery of facilities services at a large warehouse site. This includes overseeing both hard and soft services, coordinating Service Delivery Partners, and ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance is delivered in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.

You will take accountability for site performance, including safety, quality, and budget management, while acting as the key escalation point for stakeholders. The role also involves managing minor works projects, contract reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagement and operational meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in facilities, property, or services management (approximately 5+ years)
• Strong operational experience within industrial or warehouse environments
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and service delivery partners
• Knowledge of OH&S regulations and building compliance standards
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
• Experience using maintenance management systems and reporting tools
