What you’ll do:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly service with every drink.
• Maintain product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and running smoothly.
• Work closely with the team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Follow all safety, food handling and operational procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bartending experience in a busy, high-quality venue.
• Strong beverage knowledge and cocktail-making skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and great communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
