Remuneration

Royal Freemasons offer excellent remuneration including base salary, superannuation and salary packaging. Our Enterprise Agreements provide structured salaries and allowances with annual incremental increases.

Salary Packaging

As a not-for-profit organisation, Royal Freemasons can offer employees the opportunity to salary package. With salary packaging, you can structure your income to pay less tax on everyday items – you choose what you want to package. Salary packaging can be extremely financially beneficial and is easy to administer through our provider, AccessPay.

Superannuation

Royal Freemasons pay the Superannuation Guarantee of 9.5% of salary. Royal Freemasons has two preferred complying fund options which are suited to the aged care industry – HESTA and First State Super. Employees may also elect to contribute to their superannuation additional payments before tax or after tax.
