The Position

To deploy, implement and coordinate Facility Management services as required
Administrative support and reporting
Provide support to the client to streamline, standardise and simplify operational activity
Management of client relationships and customer service
Establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures and legislative requirements are followed and embraced.

The Person

A proven track record in Engineering Facilities Management
Degree or trade equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
Competent across WHS, QA and ideally environmental legislation and systems
Familiarity with the operation of Services (lifts, fire, electrical etc.) and services delivery
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Have a valid and current driving licence
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, and Blue Card Application.
